Ed Salzberg
Master winemaker senior graduate of the Oeunological Institute of Davis in California has resided in Israel for 40 years. Ed Salzberg is very experienced both in terms of work in the vineyard and everything related to vinification and aging of wines up to bottling. Ed has worked with big wineries and consultancies and has overseen production at Jerusalem Winery for several years. Nothing is done without him. He is the creator and the soul of the particular personality of Jerusalem Winery wines.
Francois Raynal
Flying winemaker, Francois was at the origin of the development of Jerusalem Winery more than 20 years ago. Since then, he has participated in the creation of many wineries around the world, Burma, Azerbaijan, Turkey and more. He is currently setting up a winery in Bhutan. A graduate of the Oeunologique Institute of Loire Atlantique, Francois Raynal worked in the beginning at Cos d’Estournel and some of the best Chateaux in Bordeaux region. He is participating each year in the great tastings of Jerusalem winery to develop the blends of each vintage.
Sagit Murciano
A graduate of the Hebrew Faculty of Jerusalem in Rehovot in biotechnology and food science. Sagit Murciano oversees all production, throughout the year and participates in major strategic decisions that allow the team to develop fruity and agreable wines, but also wines of high expression aged in French oak barrels between 12 and 24 months.
