The Best Certifications
Jerusalem Winery has the best kosher certifications and especially kosher certifications for Passover issued by the Rabbis Sepharade and Ashkenaze. They not only follow the production of wine permanently but also from the moment the grapes are harvested, transported, and fermented till the bottling process.
A permanently present supervisor at Jerusalem Winery also follows the aging in barrels until bottling aswell.
The traceability is total, and the wines are also certified VEGAN because no additives of animal origin are added to the wines. Jerusalem Winery is grapes and nothing else.
The Honor of Being able to Tithe
Each year the Rabbis of the different certifications gather to perform the tithe, namely this part which was reserved for the priests.
Unfortunately, the Temple is not yet rebuilt, and the amount of wine assigned for this purpose is discarded.
A blessing is said before the ceremony, and everyone leaves happy to have fulfilled this order which we all expect to repeat each year when the Temple of the Eternal will be rebuilt very soon and in our days.
