the jerusalem heights
The Vineyards
Our vineyards are located mainly in Judean heights around Jerusalem. This region is relatively high (700 – 1000 above sea level), warm during the day and cold at night. Those properties are beneficial for vineyard growing and for higher quality grape cultivating. Low yield and high care brings the best to produce unique wines ripe, dense and rich.
